We reserve the right to make any changes to the treatment menu and price changes.
On our website, www.pranaha.se, you can book and buy a number of services and treatments as well as buy goods such as gift cards.
Bookings of services are binding purchases both for you as a customer and for us as a supplier. The purchase date is always the same as the booking date regardless of the chosen payment method.
When booking via the website, you as a customer are responsible for the purchase and your contact information. You must be of legal age to make a purchase. The age limit for treatments is 16 years. If you are younger than 16 years, you must have the parent's approval.
Check your information carefully and that the purchase complies with your wishes before you approve it. After your booking, we will send a booking confirmation / receipt by e-mail/SMS. It is therefore important that you enter the correct email address and mobile phone number. We are not responsible for information incorrectly entered by the customer.
Right to Cancel:
For all purchases on the website, we follow the Act (2005: 59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises, which means that you as a buyer have a 14-day right of withdrawal provided that the product or service has not been used, completed or started during this period.
The right of withdrawal means that the customer can cancel the service or product within 14 days from the date of purchase and receive a refund of the amount paid or invoiced. If you want to cancel the purchase, it must be done via e-mail to:

For goods, the goods must be returned unused by post or directly to the facility before the refund can be carried out. When the cancelation period has expired, it is no longer possible to cancel a service or return an item with some form of refund.
Late cancellations or unused treatments will be charged.
Payment / Cancellation:
We prefer that you pay directly when booking online to avoid queues and delays on site.
Cancellation / Rebooking of treatment must be made no later than 24 hours before. Non-canceled time will be charged.

Gift card:
The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. A gift card cannot be redeemed for cash, nor can it be fully or partially repurchased. The gift cards are valid in the store Prana Healing Arts, Malmö and can be used for treatments and products.
Our gift cards are sent via e-mail to the specified address immediately after payment has been made.
PHearts Malmö AB takes no responsibility for shipments sent to incorrect addresses or ordered by persons who are not holders of the credit card used. Pay attention when you place your order and check the address once more.
